PCSO Daniel Grant talked with Black Cat Radio presenter Brian Dobson about the dangers of youngsters jumping across shop roofs
On Wednesday's edition of 'Your Voice', PCSO Daniel Grant from St Neots' Neighbourhood Policing Team highlighted the growing and very dangerous trend of local youngsters climbing onto shop roofs.
The team are working with Huntingdonshire District Council and retail businesses and trying to fill gaps in security where necessary. They are also looking at using anti-vandalism paint that is indelible, rendering clothing beyond repair. In addition, the Police will be visiting regular offenders to discuss the issue with parents/guardians as well as briefing schools.
