Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions applicable to Black Cat Radio promotions, give-aways, competitions and prize draws.

• Prizes offered in give-aways, draws or competitions are at the discretion of the Black Cat team (and donating organisations/sponsors) and are non-negotiable.
• Entrants to give-aways, draws or competitions must be 18 years of age or over unless specifically stated otherwise.
• The decision of the Black Cat Radio team in determining draw winners is final.
• Names of winners will not be publicised if privacy is requested.
• Contact details of winners are not stored or shared with third parties.
• Prizes are governed by the rules of the donating organisation e.g. in the case of free tickets – winners must abide by the rules and regulations of the organsiser for that particular event relating to entry, parking etc.
• Where a ‘Family’ prize is offered, this is limited to 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 18).
• Volunteers and families of Black Cat Radio are not eligible to enter.
