More Information (Black Cat Radio is not responsible for external websites)
The Bedfordshire Steam & Country Fayre is held in the picturesque setting of Old Warden Park, home of the world famous Shuttleworth Collection housed in its own museum. The much photographed Victorian Country House, built by the Shuttleworth family in the late 1870’s, provides a magnificent backdrop for the event.
Tickets to our show will get you access to the House, Air Museum and Swiss Gardens as well as all the entertainment and hundreds of rare exhibits on show.
Unbeatable Value for Money
Attracting over 15,000 visitors each year, the Bedford Steam Engine Preservation Society aims to give an insight into the country life at the turn of the 20th Century when steam was in its hey day. Many working demonstrations are taking place wherever you may care to roam on the 400 acre site.
For the complete day out visit the beer garden and listen to the bands. Stay into Saturday evening and end your day marvelling at the magnificent line-up of showman’s engines generating the fairground rides and attractions.
