Ste Greenall

From recording “Pick of the Pops” on a Grundig reel-to-reel at age 8 to becoming a Community Radio Station Director, my radio journey has been wide-ranging. I’ve done hospital radio, mobile discos, freelance sports reporting across football, cricket, rugby, and more.
I joined Black Cat Radio in 2009, starting out in a garage, and took on managing the station’s finances in 2014. I became a director in 2017 and also help with sales and sponsorship.
My shows have included “Black Cat Rock Atlas,” “Opposites Attract,” and since 2017, I’ve pr
esented “The Full English Breakfast,” combining music, news, interviews, and community stories.
Winning two Community Radio Awards in 2021 was a real honour, and I can say radio is the most rewarding hobby I’ve ever had.
