A convicted sex offender has been sentenced to six years in prison after engaging in explicit online conversations with what he believed were underage girls. Police were able to trace and arrest the offender after he contacted decoy social media accounts run by child protection activists.
A 32-year-old convicted sex offender has been jailed after striking up sexually explicit online conversations with decoy accounts he believed belonged to girls aged 13 and 14.
