Looking for new volunteer members

The Bedford Model Engineering Society organises, maintains and operates a number of 5" and 7" guage model railway engines at Haynes, just outside Bedford.
They would like to recruit more volunteers. The railway operates on alternate Wednesdays during the running season and is a great place to visit.
Not only are there a number of interesting locomotives but there is a central picnic area that includes two elevated ride on trains
Even if you don't deel that volunteering is right for you, or your family - the railway is well worth a visit.
