More Information (Black Cat Radio is not responsible for external websites)
Join us for Waythrough Cambridgeshire Employment Services’ Removing Barriers to Employment Event, a free event bringing together local employers, organisations and employment support providers to help you explore your options and take your next step.
You'll have the opportunity to meet organisations including Volunteer Cambs, Reed Community Care, Red5 People and others, discover different career pathways and build valuable connections.
There will also be talks and presentations from attending organisations, as well as opportunities to meet them, find out more about what they offer and ask your own questions.
Our employment advisors will also be available for quick, one-to-one sessions where you can ask questions and get practical advice around:
- CVs and applications
- Interview questions and preparation
- Anxiety or concerns about returning to work
- Other questions about remaining, getting into or back into employment
Whether you're actively looking for work or simply want to find out what's available, everyone is welcome.
The event is completely free, but registration is required. Please use the link below to register your attendance.

Please note: The event will be held on the top floor of our building, and unfortunately there is no lift available on site. If you have any accessibility requirements or concerns about attending, please get in touch with us in advance so we can discuss how we may be able to support you.
Registration allows you to choose either a morning or afternoon attendance session, helping us to manage numbers and ensure everyone has the opportunity to take part.
Can't attend but have a question? You're still very welcome to get in touch with us. You can contact us using the details on our website, the telephone number listed in this advert, or via our Cambridgeshire Employment Service social media pages, and we'll be happy to help where we can.
