Rock and Pop Record Club

The show is very much a club where you hopefully turn up at the start and stay until the end, however, feel free to drop in as and when you want.

Andy will be playing a mix of mostly rock and pop music. It’s a mix of the tunes you hear everyday on Black Cat Radio but with a slight twist. He is on a mission to play just a little bit more new music than normal and slide in the odd album track and forgotten oldie.

There are no “streaming algorithms” at work here. Every record you hear will be hand picked by Andy and it’s hopefully many of your favourites along with the music he thinks you should have an opportunity to hear even if it is something a little bit different now and again. For sure, there are a few tracks that you might not choose to put on yourself…but that’s how you discover great new music that you want to share with your friends.

Wherever you are and whatever you are doing this is a proper music show without too much talking that we hope you’ll really enjoy. Andy feels it is probably best enjoyed having a nice cup of tea and a sit down….or even better just lying on your bedroom floor.
