Management Reshuffle at Eynesbury Rovers

Eynesbury Rovers Manager Darren Fairbrass Leaves Club

Eynesbury Rovers have confirmed changes to their first team management structure, with manager Darren Fairbrass and coach Callum Douglas both departing the club.

The duo played a pivotal role in turning around the club’s fortunes after taking over during a difficult spell in the 2023/24 season, helping the team avoid relegation. Last season, they guided Rovers to a play-off place and led the club to its first-ever UCL KO Cup triumph.

In a statement, the club thanked Fairbrass and Douglas for their efforts and wished them well for the future.

Also stepping down from the backroom team is Haani Rasool, who remains with the club as a committee member. Joining current first team manager Neil Morris are coach Nick Schleising and Harry McDonnell, who will take on elements of Rasool’s previous role.

Rovers are hoping to build on the momentum of last season. The club is already off to a strong start this campaign, progressing to the Preliminary Round of the FA Cup and remaining unbeaten in their opening two league fixtures.
