Police searching for Darren Willis, the 53-year-old St Neots man who had been missing since June, have discovered a body.
Mr Willis was reported missing from his home in Duck Lane, St Neots, on 9 June 2025, prompting extensive searches in the weeks and months that followed. Today, officers revisited the Eynesbury area as part of ongoing searches influenced by seasonal changes and the local landscape.
Formal identification of the body has not yet taken place, but Mr Willis’ family has been informed. Police have confirmed that the death is not being treated as suspicious, and the case will now be passed to the coroner.
Cambridgeshire Police expressed their thanks to members of the public for their support and assistance throughout the investigation.
