Bedford Blues sealed second place in the Championship with a game to spare after a 61-26 win over Chinnor on Saturday.
The nine-try thriller secured their best league finish since 2012 and their strongest home record since 2011. Forwards Coach Tom Cruse praised the squad’s adaptability, calling the season “incredible” ahead of his move to Worcester.
