Officers are appealing for witnesses following a three-vehicle collision in Bedford on Tuesday 21st July 2026
Police were called at around 2pm to the roundabout at Bromham Road and Biddenham Park Way following a collision involving a white Audi, a black Peugeot and a grey Volkswagen.
A woman in her 60s was taken to hospital with serious injuries, where she remains. A woman in her 70s also sustained minor injuries.
Sergeant Timothy Davies from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit said: “This incident happened on a busy route at a busy time of day, and we are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed what happened or saw any of the vehicles involved in the moments leading up to the collision.
“We are particularly interested in hearing from anyone with dashcam footage that could assist our investigation.”
