St Neots Outdoor Bowls Club are celebrating after clinching the league title for the third time in five years, following a dramatic final night victory.
Going into their last fixture, St Neots needed nothing less than a perfect result to overhaul leaders Brampton A – and they rose to the challenge in style, securing a 7–0 home win.
The emphatic scoreline saw the team leapfrog Brampton A to take the championship, capping off another memorable campaign for the club.
A club spokesperson said:
“Only the maximum was good enough tonight – and our boys delivered. We’re so proud to be league champions once again. Celebrate well lads!”
