A 48-year-old man from Sandy has been charged with over 60 offences following a co-ordinated police investigation across the Sandy and Biggleswade area.
A man from Sandy has been charged with more than 60 offences following a co-ordinated police investigation.
Jamie Peck, 48, of Downside Gardens, was arrested on Saturday, 18 April and later charged with a series of offences reported across the Sandy and Biggleswade area.
The charges include one count of burglary on 12 April, 17 counts of theft from motor vehicles between 7 and 9 April, and 41 counts of vehicle interference linked to incidents on 30 March, 7 April and 9 April. He has also been charged with one count of fraud by false representation on 9 April.
Peck appeared at Luton Magistrates’ Court on Monday, where he was remanded into custody. He is due to appear at Luton Crown Court on 19 May.
Police say the charges follow a co-ordinated investigation into a series of reported incidents in the area.
