Fire crews were called to a building fire in St Neots on Tuesday evening.
At 9.13pm, crews from Cambourne and St Neots attended an incident on Wyre Crescent.
Firefighters arrived to find a bin well alight inside a bin store. Wearing breathing apparatus, crews used a hose reel to extinguish the fire.
The incident was brought under control and crews returned to their stations by 10.35pm.
The fire has been confirmed as accidental.
