Police Appeal After Early Morning Burglary at Little Paxton Co-op

Appeal after burglary at Co-op in Little Paxton

Police are appealing for witnesses and video footage after a burglary at the Co-op store on Great North Road in Little Paxton in the early hours of Thursday morning (30 May).

Officers were called at around 3.15am after an alarm was triggered. A police patrol in the area disturbed the suspects, who made off with a till and fled southbound on the A1 in what is believed to have been a blue BMW 3 Series.

Three men, all wearing balaclavas, are thought to have been involved in the break-in.

Detective Sergeant Jon Lockwood urged anyone with information to come forward. “I would like to hear from anyone who saw or has CCTV footage of anything suspicious in the Little Paxton and St Neots areas around the time of the burglary,” he said. “In particular, we think a saloon car, possibly a blue BMW, may have been involved.”
