Emergency services were called to a vehicle fire in the early hours of Saturday morning (24 May) on Top Birches in St Neots.
Fire crews from St Neots and Cambourne responded to the incident at 4.09am. Upon arrival, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tackled the blaze which had engulfed a car.
Crews remained at the scene for several hours to ensure the fire was fully out and the area was made safe, with the incident concluding around 8.20am.
A spokesperson for the fire service confirmed that the cause of the fire is believed to be deliberate. An investigation is now underway.
