Young people in St Neots interested in adventure, aviation and new challenges are being encouraged to attend a special recruitment evening being held by the local Air Cadets this Thursday, 11th September.
2500 (St Neots) Squadron of the RAF Air Cadets is opening its doors at 7.30pm at the Cadet Centre on Riversmead Playing Field, Common Road, offering a chance to learn more about what the organisation offers.
Part of the UK’s largest cadet organisation, the squadron takes part in flying experiences, annual camps, air shows, community parades and more.
The intake is open to young people aged 12 and in Year 8 or above, with cadets able to stay on until 18 or 20 depending on their chosen path.
The event is open to all potential recruits and their parents or guardians.
