Police are appealing for information following a robbery in Kempston on Monday evening.
Officers were called at around 5.45pm to reports that a teenage boy had been approached by a man in Bedford Road, near Addison Howard Park, and robbed of his mountain bike. The bike is described as having distinctive blue inner wheels.
A man in his 30s was arrested shortly afterwards and remains in police custody for questioning.
Detective Sergeant Karl Haywood from Bedfordshire Police said:
“We are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time, or who may have dashcam or doorbell footage, to get in touch.”
