A man had to be freed from a van after it crashed into a tree on Cambridge Road in St Neots on Tuesday evening.
Crews from St Neots and Cambourne were called to the scene at around 5.15pm and used specialist equipment to release the driver, who was then taken into the care of ambulance staff.
Firefighters left the scene to return to their stations by 6.45pm. No further details about the man’s condition have been released.
