Black Cat Radio’s very own Ste Greenall is celebrating national recognition after picking up two honours at the 2025 Community Radio Awards, held in Bradford on Saturday 25 October.
Ste took home Silver in the “Volunteer of the Year” category and Bronze for “Entertainment Show of the Year,” marking yet another successful year for the St Neots broadcaster — who has now won awards in three previous years.
The Community Radio Awards celebrate the best of grassroots broadcasting across the UK, recognising the volunteers, presenters and producers who help keep local radio thriving.
Speaking after the event, Ste said he was “honoured” by the recognition and proud to represent Black Cat Radio and the St Neots community on the national stage.
Station colleagues have praised his dedication and creativity, describing him as a “driving force” behind the station’s friendly and entertaining sound.
Black Cat Radio continues to be a key part of local life in St Neots — broadcasting community news, local interviews and great music 24 hours a day.
