Bedford Boy Returns: Tom Grennan To Headline Saturday Night at Bedford Park Concerts

Bedford Boy Tom Grennan To Headline Saturday Night At Bedford Park Concert.

Bedford’s very own Tom Grennan is coming home — and this time, he’s taking centre stage. The chart-topping singer-songwriter has been announced as the Saturday night headliner for next summer’s Bedford Park Concerts

Grennan, who was born and raised in Bedford, attended St Thomas More School and began his musical journey right here before going on to become one of the UK’s most popular solo artists. His homecoming show is being described by organisers as a “massive moment for Bedford”, bringing one of the town’s most successful stars back to where it all began.

From Bedford to the Big Time

Tom Grennan first shot to fame in 2016 when he featured on Chase & Status’s hit “All Goes Wrong”, before releasing his debut album Lighting Matches in 2018, which reached the UK Top 5. Since then, he’s enjoyed a string of chart successes — with two UK Number 1 albums, Evering Road (2021) and What Ifs & Maybes (2023).

His singles “Little Bit of Love”, “Let’s Go Home Together” with Ella Henderson, and “How Does It Feel” have all been major radio favourites, helping him become a household name across the country. Grennan has also collaborated with global artists including Calvin Harris and KSI, scoring multiple Top 10 hits.

A Special Homecoming

This won’t be Tom’s first appearance at Bedford Park — he previously performed there to a sell-out crowd in 2022 — but his 2025 return is expected to be even bigger. For many local fans, it’s a proud moment to see a Bedford-born artist headline one of the region’s biggest outdoor concerts.

“Tom’s story is one of local lad done good,” said a spokesperson for the Bedford Park Concerts team. “He’s a genuine talent who’s never forgotten his roots, and we can’t wait to welcome him back home.”

Tickets and Line-Up Details

Tickets for Tom Grennan’s headline show go on general sale at 10am on Friday 31st October 2025 via bedfordparkconcerts.co.uk.

Other acts already announced for the Bedford Park Concerts weekend include UB40, who will perform on Friday 3rd July, marking their first visit to the town in more than a decade.

With more names still to be revealed, Bedford Park is once again shaping up to be the soundtrack to summer — and with Tom Grennan leading the Saturday night, it’s set to be one hometown gig that fans won’t want to miss.
