More Information (Black Cat Radio is not responsible for external websites)

Seizing the Skies is a brand-new play written by Oscar Aleman and Richard Moon to commemorate the R101 airship disaster.
This October marks the 95th Anniversary of R101's ill-conceived flight from Cardington to Karachi.

As we commemorate the R101 Airship Disaster we not only remember the lives lost in the crash itself, but also the people that were left behind. Family, friends, lovers and colleagues and the wider community mourned the lost.

Seizing the Skies focuses on some of those relationships which developed along side R101.
