Back Cat Radio has been broadcasting music and speech programmes (since 2017) to people who live, work and study in the area of St Neots, Cambridgeshire. In its core territory, it broadcasts on FM, and also broadcasts to wider geographic locations via Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB).

The station offers a service that promotes community organisations and activities for the area, and supports local specialist music.

The community of St Neots and surrounding areas benefits through:
