29AUG-01SEP25 A428 Closure
Some changes are needed to connect the new Cambridge Road at Eltisley to the A428. To achieve this National Highways need to close the A428 between the Cambridge Road Roundabout (formerly the Tithe Farme Roundabout) and Caxton Gibbet roundabout.
The closure is from 20:00 (8pm) Friday 29AUG25 to 06:00 (6am) on Monday 01SEP25
The closure on the following weekend is exactly the same.
The diversion will be to continue north up the A1 to Brampton Hut interchange and the A14 eastbound to join the A1198 Ermine Street south to rejoin at Caxton Gibbet.
