Age UK Bedfordshire’s Ageing Well Exhibition returns to Bedford, offering residents aged 50+ (and their friends, family, and carers) the chance to explore local services and support to promote independence and wellbeing.

The event features 41 organisations, including the NHS, Alzheimer’s Society, Bedford Housing Association, British Red Cross, and Bedford Fire & Rescue, alongside Bedford Borough Council departments providing advice on health, care, housing, benefits, and leisure. Visitors can also enjoy taster sessions in music, dance, and exercise and complimentary refreshments.
